PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food containing a shrimp meat formed by using raw shrimps and binding small pieces of the shrimp meat with a starch, sufficiently keeping most of the flavor of raw shrimps as the raw material, giving a soft as well as a rice cracker eat feeling, and also being utilized as a so called shrimp rice cracker. SOLUTION: This food containing a shrimp meat formed by baking a dough containing small pieces of a shrimp meat 2 and a starch 4, is obtained by mediating binding parts 3 formed by melting and heat coagulating a part of small pieces of the shrimp meat among the small pieces of the shrimp meat 2, binding shrimp meat bases 1 formed by binding the small pieces of the shrimp meat with the above binding parts 3, and mediating among the small pieces of the shrimp meat 2 in the shrimp meat bases 1 for binding the small pieces of the shrimp meat 2 with the starch 4. |
