PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve light weight, improve attachment strength and heat conductivity, reduce heat distortion, improve productivity, and achieve low cost by injection molten aluminum at high speed for insert-casting of aluminum. SOLUTION: On a bottom surface of an inner pot 1 or a cooking pot of 1, wire net or punching metal is brazed on SUS stainless steel material or Fe material of a magnetic steel plate as a heating plate 4. After that, it is used as a heating member as it is, or after it is press-molded, for insert-casting of aluminum, so the heating plate 4 of this heating member and an aluminum main body hold the brazed wire net or punching metal between them, thereby light weight can be achieved without causing distortion or stain on outer appearance. |
