PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuation of an optimum state of heating operation for a long time by controlling the quantity of heat to be supplied indoors from air conditioning equipment on the basis of the correlation between an outdoor air temperature and the quantity of released heat from a thermal storage medium, for air conditioning control equipment using floor heating equipment of a thermal storage type and the air conditioning equipment in combination. SOLUTION: In a state wherein a prescribed quantity (Qair) of heat of warm air is supplied indoors (R) from air conditioning equipment before a heating operation is started, a heat loss characteristic value (Σ(K.A)) of heat flowing outdoors from indoors is calculated on the basis of the warm air heat quantity (Qair), a released heat quantity (Qf) of floor heating equipment 1, an indoor temperature (Tin) and an outdoor air temperature (Tout). At the time of the heating operation wherein the floor heating equipment 1 and the air conditioning equipment 2 are used in combination, the capacity of the air conditioning equipment 2 is controlled in consideration of the heat loss characteristic value (Σ(K.A)) so that the released heat quantity (Qf) of the floor heating equipment 1 be an avoidance heat quantity or below for avoiding that the quantity of stored heat of a thermal storage medium is exhausted during the time when heating is demanded.
