PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce crosstalk between signal lines by adjacently incorporating a ground member into a insulator through ground contact and connecting the ground plate to the ground contact. SOLUTION: A ground plate 24 extending in an extending direction of a ground contact 23 is housed inside an insulator 21 adjacently to the ground contact 23. A ground plate contact piece 24a is formed in the ground plate 24 in such a manner as to be bent downward. Consequently, the ground plate 24 is brought at the contact piece 24a thereof into contact with the ground contact 23, so that the ground plate 24 can be connected to the ground contact 23.
