<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record compression video data whose sequence is failed due to transmission or the like while restoring the data in a correct sequence. SOLUTION: In the case of storing compression video data whose sequence of macro blocks is changed, at first a pack circuit 20 contains low frequency components from a head of the compression video data up to a prescribed data length from the head of a corresponding to synchronization block. Furthermore, the pack circuit 20 stores the data part of the compression video data before a macro block causing a sequential fault at first in excess of a prescribed data length (overflow data) to an idle area of a recording block and aborts the overflow data after the succeeding block causing a sequential fault at first without storing them in the recording block.</p> |
