PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multilayer molding body having excellent adhesion between a vinyl chloride resin skin material layer and a polyolefin core material layer and having sufficient cushioning property by using a composite foam formed of a vinyl chloride resin layer and a resin layer consisting of olefin polymer having specified physical properties. SOLUTION: A powdered composition for a layer A is obtained by an ordinary method. For example, a foaming agent is dryblended in a granular vinyl chloride resin, and a finely granular vinyl chloride resin is mixed therein. A layer B contains an olefin polymer as one of its components, wherein its complex dynamic viscosityη* is 1.2×10<5> P or below and a range of 100-1.2×10<5> P is preferably necessary. Concretely, a powder of vinyl chloride resin composition for skin material layer is supplied on a heated mold so as to form a skin material layer 5. Next, on top of it, layers A6 and B7 are fused in the same way so as to obtain a three-layer sheet-like matter, heated, and foamed. They are adhered to each other extremely firm, thereby providing excellent cushioning property. |
