摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate limitation of an excess absorbed energy flow and secure-ment of performance of a solar battery by using a control mechanism for a ventilation/ cooling opening and cooling air in a frame chamber. SOLUTION: A butterfly wing type control mechanism 6 full opening/full closing at a rotational angle of about 90 deg. is provided on a side wall 5 of a south face frame type light converging/heat collecting mechanism 4 so that a part of solar luminous flux transmitting through a light transmission plate 1 as direct light, and the remainder is made incident on a light converging/heat collecting surface 3 as reflection light after reflected by a reflection floor 2, and is constituted so that the inside of the frame is kept air-tightly in a full closing state, and rain and dew, an insect, etc., are prevented from entering the inside even in a full opening state. Further, the butterfly wing type control mechanism is operated by a drive motor 7 with a reduction mechanism. That is, the ventilating/cooling opening with an open/close control mechanism is provided on the east/west side wall surfaces of the frame, and overheated air in the frame is made be exchanged properly with the external cold, and an excess heat load is prevented by lowering the temp. of the light converging/heat collecting surface, and the deterioration/damage of a light converging/heat collecting device due to the overheating is prevented.
