PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired signal characteristics by waveform-shaping a final output waveform so as to eliminate noise in an optimum way. SOLUTION: A capacitance and/or a resistance of a signal integration circuit section 2 are varied to be desired constants via an integration time constant setting circuit section 3 and then a capacitance and the time constant of an integration circuit are varied. When the integration processing by the signal integration circuit section 2 is ideal, a sawtooth wave is outputted from an input signal of a square wave in general when a time constant set by the setting circuit is large, and conversely when a time constant set by the setting circuit is small, a slope of the integration signal waveform is smaller and the reproducibility of the input waveform in the output waveform of the signal integration circuit section 2 is higher. Since the integration time constant in the signal integration processing conducted by the signal integration circuit section 2 is varied by the setting circuit section 3, then the rising time/trailing time of the output waveform of the signal integration circuit section 2 are adjusted and then an output signal waveform is optionally corrected to eliminate a high frequency component being a noise component. |
