PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform the experimentation of neutralization titration in a small space by providing a beaker for reacting a reagent to the lid member covering a sensor part. SOLUTION: A beaker 8 for titrating a reagent is provided to the lid member 7 covering a sensor part 6 composed of a pH composite electrode. The lid member 7 is attached to a main body part 1 in a freely openable and closable manner by a hinge 71 and, in such a state that the lid member 7 is closed, a part 72 to be engaged is brought into engagement with an engaging protruding part 12 to seal the bottom peripheral edge of the beaker 8 in a watertight state. At a time of the measurement of pH, the lid member 7 is opened and a very small amt. of a sample soln. is dripped in a recessed part 5 to be brought into contact with the sensor part 6 and a switch 3A is pushed to read the pH value displayed on a display part 2. When neutralization titration is performed, the lid member 7 is closed and a cap 9 is detached and, after the sample soln. is injected into the beaker 8 in this state, a neutralizing agent is dripped into the sample soln. from a burette to read the pH value displayed on the display part 2. Or, by connecting the output terminal of a pH meter to a personal computer, automatic measurement becomes possible. |
