PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure rain disposal and improve the external appearance by providing a protruded piece at the lower end of a roof panel, a rise piece at the upper end of an eaves edge unit, and an eaves edge cover provided to cover the protruded piece. SOLUTION: This eaves edge unit A is formed with a rain gutter 6, an eave soffit 7, an eaves edge water drip, and a bracket 9 supporting them. The horizontal piece 22 of a frame 13 is fixed to the frame body 26 of an outer wall panel 25a by bolts 21. The step section 27 of the bracket 9 is inserted into the corner section of the upper end section of the outer wall panel 25a for positioning. A rise piece 3 is protruded at the upper end of the eaves edge water drip, and an eaves edge cover 4 is fitted between the eaves edge unit A and a roof panel 1 to overlap with a protruded piece 2 and cover the rise piece 3. The watertightness between the unit A and the panel 1 is secured. The watertightness can be surely secured while the external appearance is secured. |
