PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a load from being tripped even by performing a discharge power test of a storage battery, when a breaker is placed in an off-condition. SOLUTION: When a discharge test start command is output from a discharge power test starting circuit 8, an inverter circuit 5 is driven, discharging of a storage battery 3 is started. After starting a discharge of the storage battery 3, input voltage of the inverter circuit 5, that is, voltage of the storage battery 3 is detected by a storage battery voltage supervising means 60. In a control part 70, a voltage changing rate of the storage battery 3 is measured. In the control part 70, when the voltage changing rate is larger than a predetermined reference value, a discharge test is stopped, also an alarm is generated from an alarm device 12. When the discharge test is stopped, operation is stopped in the inverter circuit 5, AC power is supplied to a load 13 from an AC power source 1. |
