摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form radical particles directly removing NOx by always allowing an added gas region to coincide with a corona discharge region by rotating a discharge pipe electrode around its center axis and turning a power supply on when a nozzle electrode is turned toward the added gas region. SOLUTION: Only when a nozzle electrode 20 is turned toward an added gas region, a discharge region can be generated only in the direction thereof and the added gas region can be allowed to coincide with the discharge region. Since added gas (g) is jetted in the rotary direction of a discharge pipe electrode 3, the discharge region can be formed immediately after the added gas (g) is jetted. Therefore, an extremely large amt. of the added gas is passed through the discharge region and radical particles of NH, NH2 or the like directly removing NOx can be extremely efficiently formed. As a result, good NOx removal can be performed.</p>
