PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion laminating material and its laminate which is excellent in adhesion to metals of Al or the like and excellent in extrusion laminating workability. SOLUTION: A resin composition composed of 95-10wt.% ethylene/α-olefin copolymer wherein the density is 0.880-0.935g/cm<3> , MFR is 1.0-50g/min, a ratio of weight-average molecular weight to number-average molecular weight is 3 or under, and a melting point is observed once at 65-125 deg.C, and 5-90wt.% of low density polyethylene of 0.910-0.935g/cm<3> density and 1.0-20g/10min MFR, is laminated on an metal surface by extrusion. |
