PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition useful for making films, sheets, laminates, etc., having improved resistance to hot water whitening and excellent matte effect. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 100 pts.wt. multilayer structure polymer (I) comprising an innermost layer polymer of an alkyl (meth)acrylate, a cross-linked elastic polymer of an alkyl acrylate, an intermediate layer polymer of an alkyl (meth)acrylate, and an outermost layer polymer of an alkyl methacrylate and having a gel content of 50% and 1-30 pts.wt. linear polymer (II) comprising 20-90wt.% cyclohexyl methacrylate, 10-80wt.% 1-13C alkyl methacrylate, and 0-40wt.% other vinyl monomers. |
