PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method molding a sealed container capable of maintaining high water tightness for a long period of time by joining without gaps members being different in its material such as a coefficient of expansion and melting point, and so on. SOLUTION: A lower member 2 and upper member 3 are molded separately, and they are joined in a manner putting the flange parts of the lower member 2 and upper member 3 spread outward in contact with each other. The lower member 2 and upper member 3 are set within molds B, C being in conformity with the exterior configurations of the lower member 2 and upper member 3 and having only a space for molding the joint parts 4, then the mold B, C are closed. Plasticized synthetic resin D is injected in the space for joint parts 4 of the molds B, C so as to fill the gap, after that, cool-solidification or hardening is effected. Finally, a completed main body 1 (molded item) is removed by opening the molds B, C. |
