PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a thermosetting resin from flowing out to an undecorated part and a low pressure moldable thermosetting material from oozing out by molding the low pressure moldable thermosetting material and a high pressure moldable thermosetting material by heating and pressing at a specified pressure. SOLUTION: A decorated high pressure moldable thermosetting material is placed between the mold face of a mold and a low pressure moldable thermosetting material. Then, the low pressure moldable thermosetting material and the high pressure moldable thermosetting material are molded by heating and pressing under a pressure of 3-40kg/cm<2> . When the molding pressure is less than 3kg/cm<2> , flowability of the low pressure moldable thermosetting material is not sufficient and shortage of thickness is generated. On the contrary, when the molding pressure exceeds 40kg/cm<2> , the high pressure moldable thermosetting material flows therewith and the resin of the decorated part flows to the outside of the decorated part and the resin of the low pressure moldable thermosetting material oozes out to the decorated part. |
