PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new fused DNA sequence containing a DNA sequence coding heat-resistant protein, excellent in the operability and productivity for expressing desired protein or peptide. SOLUTION: This fused DNA sequence is obtained by direct or indirect fusion between a DNA sequence coding selected protein or peptide and another DNA sequence coding heat-resistant protein. When a fused protein is expressed from this fused sequence, the productivity of the aimed protein or peptide is improved, the fused protein expressed is highly soluble, easily purified due to its heat resistance, and obtained in high yield.
