PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable direct measurements of the ratio of a saccharifying substance to a protein, etc., with easy operations. SOLUTION: Laser beams with wavelengthλ1 andλ2 from laser devices 1 and 2 are arranged on the same irradiation light optical path by a half mirror 6-1 and irradiated to a protein, etc., and a pigment labeled saccharification substance collected on the film of a specimen 9. The reflected light from the specimen is divided by a half mirror 6-2 and detected at photo detecting elements 7-1 and 7-2 as the reflected light of the wavelengthλ1 andλ2 by band-pass filters 13 and 14. The ratio of the saccharification substance to a protein, etc., is computed from the ratio of this detected intensity at a computer 10.
