摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trouble that auditory frequency characteristics changes when sound volume is varied and a timbre changes unnaturally and is listened to. SOLUTION: This electronic musical instrument is provided with a filter coefficient information generating means 4 which generates filter coefficient information for actualizing the best filter characteristics for sound volume on the basis of sound volume setting information set with a variable resistor of the electronic musical instrument, and a digital musical sound signal obtained from a musical sound signal generation part 1 is outputted through a filter 2 whose characteristics are changed in response to the setting of the sound volume to give the best frequency characteristics to the musical sound signal along an equal loudness curve corresponding to the sound volume, thereby reducing the influence of the auditory characteristics of the ear when the sound volume is varied.
