PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in the reception sensitivity even when an ambient temperature changes by employing a delay line having the same phase fluctuation characteristic as that of a band pass filter. SOLUTION: An equalization amplifier circuit 3 amplifies a received signal with a prescribed voltage amplitude and provides outputs of two differential signals. One signal is given to a timing extract circuit 5, in which waveform processing is conducted, a SAW filter 6 extracts a clock component and generates a clock signal. The other signal is given to a SAW base delay line 9, in which the phase is adjusted. The SAW base delay line 9 is made up of a crystal substrate having the same phase fluctuation characteristic as that of the SAW filter 6. An identification device 4 receives the signal whose phase is adjusted in the SAW base delay line 9 and reproduces a data signal based on a clock signal outputted from the timing extract circuit 5. |
