PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply device which reduces the generation of an absorption sound in an attempt to absorb an air as much as possible and a ceiling-embedded air conditioner which uses the air supply device. SOLUTION: In a ceiling-embedded air conditioner where a fan 7 is fixed with the top 4a of a casing 4 of the air conditioner in which a heat exchanger 10 is laid out around this fan 7 and the air absorbed with this fan 7 is discharged at the heat exchanger 10, a fan nozzle 13a, which extends in the peripheral direction of this fan is arranged to face the inner peripheral area of a shroud 7c of the fan 7. A baffle plate 13b is extended in the peripheral direction of this fan on the outer periphery of the shroud 7c.
