摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace air in a refrigerator during freezing operation, cause an inside area of the refrigerator to be rapidly cooled and further cause the air to pass through an ice crystal generating region within a short period of time, thereby some fresh foodstuffs to be rapidly frozen while their freshness is being kept and to enable a continuous freezing operation to be carried out. SOLUTION: An inner wall is formed into a far infrared ray radiation ceramic surface 4, and a cooling heat exchanger 5 and a fan 6 are arranged. A side part of the heat exchanger 5 is provided with nozzles 8 for atomizing cooling agent substantially along its front surface, and then there is provided a discharging section 9 having a discharging damper D started to operate with an inner pressure when a pressure in the refrigerator becomes higher than a specified value. Further, there are provided a refrigerator temperature sensor and a core temperature sensor for sensing a temperature at the central part of a frozen item K. A door for use in loading-in or unloading a shelf-like rack storing the frozen item K is placed between the fan and the heat exchanger. A door of a freezing refrigerator 2 is opened or closed to take the surrounding air into the refrigerator, cold air is discharged out of a discharging section 9, the taken air is cooled to cause an inside part of the refrigerator to be reduced in its pressure, and a cooling agent atomizing operation performed through the nozzles, opening of a door 10 to feed in the surrounding air and an air discharging operation are carried out in a proper interval.
