PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an incoming call control system for a cordless telephone exchange system in which an incoming call is received by a stationary telephone set or a mobile slave set without any operation by the user by providing a cross reference table between stationary telephone sets and mobile slave sets to a control section of an exchange network. SOLUTION: A control section 2 of a network 1 registers a state of a stationary telephone set 4 and a mobile slave set 6 to tables 30, 31, 32 provided in a built-in memory 3, and on the occurrence of an incoming call to the stationary telephone set 4, whether or not the mobile slave set 6 is resident is checked by the table 30, and when the mobile slave set 6 is not resident, the incoming call is delivered to the stationary telephone set 4. When resident, whether or not a current zone of the mobile slave set 6 is coincident with a home zone is checked based on the table 31 and when matching, the incoming call is delivered to the stationary telephone set 4, and when unmatching, the incoming call is delivered to the mobile slave set 6. Thus, the incoming call is received by the stationary telephone set or the mobile slave set without any operation by the user.
