PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely restrain a reel hub to a reel base with a minimum torque independently of the difference in dimension of the inside diameter by forming an engaging projected part, with which a reel hub wound with a tape is engaged in the peripheral direction, on the slope engaged at nearly the same angle even though the inside diameter of the reel hub is different. SOLUTION: The engaging projected part is formed to the sloped state so that the thrusting angleθof an engaging projected unit 12a becomes almost uniform even in the respective cases such as the dimension (a) of inside diameter of the reel hub 12 is maximum value X, intermediate value Y or minimum value Z within the tolerance range. Also the engaging projected part 11b is made to the symmetric slope against the axial direction, and at the vertex thereof, a restraining projected edge 11c is formed to prevent the engaging projected unit 12a of the reel hub 12 from breaking away from the engaging projected part 11b when a large torque is exerted on the reel hub 12. When the reel hub 12 wound with the tape is rotated in the fitted state by the reel base 11, the engaging projected part 11b is engaged with the engaging projected unit 12a of the reel hub 12, and the engaging projected unit 12a is engaged with the slope of the engaging projected part 11b so as to thrust by the torque of the reel base 11 and reel hub 12.
