PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a grounding between a slide tray drawably installed and a case body on the side of the body by arranging the slide tray carrying electric parts, conductive materials on the side of the case body, conductive materials on the side of the tray and a grounding means. SOLUTION: An optical disk reproducer has a slide tray 3 freely to be drawn out and housed on a body side case body 2. A spindle with a chuck means sticks out almost at the central part of the top surface of the slide tray 3. A front plate of the slide tray 3 is supported sticking out backward from the rear end of a tray body 6. Slide rails 8 and 8 are slidably supported on the right and left internal surfaces of the body side case body 2. As a result, the slide tray 3 is so arranged to be drawn out of or housed into the body side case body 2 through the slide rails 8 and 8. In the drawing out of the slide tray, the rear end thereof is pulled out until positioned ahead from an opening surface 7 of the body-side case body 2.
