<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter which cab easily open the insulator of an insulated wire at the time of wiring work. SOLUTION: In a cutter 2 for an insulated wire wherein the cutter is provided at the front part of the internal part of a body 1 and a wire splitting cutter 6 is provided at the rear part of the internal part thereof, the cutter 2 is mounted at almost the center area of the front part with screws 4, 5 threaded to the side surface of the body 1 and a blade stopper member 3 is also formed at the lower surface. Moreover, the wire split cutter 6 is mounted rotatably to a supporting shaft 8 provided at the side surface of the body 1 and is made to abut on the insulated wire which is inserted into the wire splitting holes 7 opened at both side surfaces of the body 1.</p> |
