<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating hose in which the inside diameter of the hose is not narrowed at a bent part even if the hose is bent, the inner peripheral surface of the hose maintains the smooth continuing arched shape, and fluid can be smoothly allowed to flow without being stopped, while making use of self restoring performance included in a hard wire material of polypropylene resin. SOLUTION: A heat insulating hose is composed of an inner layer 1 formed of polyvinyl chloride band material 11 into an approximately cylindrical shape, a reinforcing wire 2 spirally wound on it at the specified distances and made of hard resin, a insulating layer 3 spirally wound on the reinforcing wire at the same pitch as the reinforcing wire 2 and made of a foamed resin band 31, and an outer skin layer 4 for covering the outer periphery of it and made of a polyvinyl chloride band 41. The reinforcing wire 2 is a two-layered wire in which a soft polyvinyl chloride coating layer 22 is formed on the outer periphery of a core wire 21 made of polypropylene, and the coating layer 22 is bonded to the inner layer 1 by using adhesives and by heat fusing.</p> |
