PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute the structure of the hinge parts of folding, portable electronic equipments into a structure, wherein the rotating forces of the folding portable electronic equipments, which are rotatably coupled with each other via the hinge parts, from a prescribed angle can be set, to reduce the assembly manhours of the electronic equipments and the number of parts items of the electronic equipments. SOLUTION: A roughly J-shaped plate spring 5 is fixed on the hinge part 3 of the first case body 1 of two case bodies, which are coupled with each other at hinge parts, a recessed part 6 is provided in the hinge part 4 of the second case body 2 of the too case bodies and moreover, a notched groove 7 is provided in the hinge part 4 and these two case bodies 1 and 2 are fixed to each other by a screw 8. Moreover, the angle of the contact surface of an engaging part is kept changed in the groove 7 so that the rotating operation of folding portable electronic equipments from a prescribed angle can be conducted. The parts 3 and 4 are clamped by the screw 8 and are assembled in a state that the hinge part 3 is put in the recessed part 6 while the spring 5 is deflected. When the case bodies 1 and 2 are rotated at the angle of rotation at the time of the use of the holding portable electronic components, the spring 5 intrudes in the groove 7 and is click-latched. As the contact angle of the groove 7 is set at different values in the left and right, the rotating forces of the electronic equipments can be individually set from the angles of rotation in the state of the use of the equipments in the folding directions of the equipments and in the opposite directions to the folding directions.
