The moving vessel is attached at its base and roof by belts (Ib and Io)which lead to Level alpha and Level beta which are constantly pulled up and down according to the motion of the moving vessel. When the moving vessel rises (filling of the tank) Level alpha moves down engaging with the small wheel on fixed shaft A and returns, Level beta also moves in parallel but freely. At the beginning of the reverse path of the moving vessel (emptying of the tank) Level alpha disengages and Level beta engages the small wheel of fixed shaft A; the levels rise, the small wheel on fixed shaft A continues to rotate in the same direction. An increase in r.p.m. - suitable for generation of electrical power - is achieved by a system of shafts carrying large and small wheels suitably engaged, such as: large wheel(ASA) engages on small wheel (BSA) and large wheel (BSA) on small wheel (CSA). |
