ELECTRONIC INFORMATION TRANSFER METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the frequency of communication between the mail server and a client of an electronic mail service system. SOLUTION: When the client 2 sends a request for a server mail storage list 13 to the mail server 1, electronic mail which meet transfer conditions described in a mail condition list 32 are selected in the mail server 1. Then the selected electronic mails are transferred from the mail server 1 to the client 2 together with the server mail storage list 13. Therefore, a user can acquire electronic mails that the user requires like electronic mails from specific senders from the mail server 1 through single communication without performing requesting operation for distinctly specifying the electronic mails that the user requires over a look at a list transferred from the mail server 1, and consequently the frequency of communication between the client 2 and server 1 is reducible.
