PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of fire accident by separating the secondary system of a power distribution panel into an ordinary circuit system and an emergency circuit system and stopping a power supply having a danger of the occurrence of fire after the occurrence of earthquake. SOLUTION: When a quake sensor 8 senses an earthquake greater than a first earthquake intensity, a first output 801 is output to a first tripping circuit 9 and senses a second earthquake intensity greater than the first earthquake intensity, the second output 802 is output to a second tripping control circuit 10. Then, the first tripping control circuit receives the first output, closes a contact 901 and drives a voltage tripping device 6011 and 6021 and interrupts branch breakers 601 and 602. The second tripping control circuit receives the second output, closes a contact 1001, closes a contact 1001, drives a voltage tripping device 501, and interrupts a master breaker 5. By doing this, catching fire after an electric stove overturns to a combustible substance or a fire due to the short-circuit of an electric cord after the falling of a furniture onto the cord can be prevented. |
