PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the pleasant cursor control at both server and client sides. SOLUTION: A ROM 102 of a screen sharing system stores the programs to carry out a shared cursor control right assignment means 1, a shared cursor control right deprivation means 2, a server input event waiting time setting means 3, a shared cursor control right management means 4 and an input event processing means 5 respectively. An inquiry is given to the means 4 to decide whether the server side has the shared cursor control right at present. If the server side has the control right and also the generated event is equal to an input event of the server side. the means 5 reproduces the input event as an input event of the server side. If the generated event is not equal to the input event of the server side, it is checked whether or not the input event is equal to a timer interruption event. In other words, it is checked whether or not a set waiting time passed after no input event is generated any more at the server side. If the set waiting time passed, the means 4 is requested to assign the cursor control right to the client side. |
