The device (1) has at least four degrees of freedom and comprises a triangular mobile base (2) arranged above and parallel to the ground. A circular arch (24) is pivotally fixed to the base opposite the pivoted point, parallel to the ground. A frame (25) is fixed to the ground in front of the arch and supports a rotary drive for the arch. Three articulated arms (18-20) are each linked on one side via a universal joint (21-23) to the cabin and on the other, to a universal joint (15-17), an articulation device with an oscillating arm, a cam and an eccentric (9-11) driven by a motor at a point on the base. There is a stop for the lateral translation component.
