<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a heat insulating material for side surface in a box body of an air conditioner, without gap, and at the same time, increase the strength of the box body by a method wherein the heat insulating material which is provided on the internal surface of the box body, is formed of a heat insulating material for a top surface, and the heat insulating material for side surface, and at a location 00 the heat insulating material for side surface, being equivalent to the corner of the box body, an incision for bending is provided. SOLUTION: A heat insulating material is formed of a heat insulating material 52 for top surface, which is provided on a top surface 2c of a box body 2, and a heat insulating material 55 for side surface, which is provided on a side surface 2s of the box body 2. For this reason, an integral type large-sized heat insulating material does not need to be used, and the carrying of the heat insulating material is easy. In addition, the heat insulating material 52 for top surface is arranged, on the top surface 2c of the box body 2, and the heat insulating material 55 for side surface is arranged on the side surface 2s of the box body 2 respectively, and the joining property at respective locations is improved, and moisture condensation can be prevented from generating. In addition, at a location on the heat insulating material 55 for side surface, which is equivalent to the corner of the box body 2, an incision 60 for bending is provided. By doing so, the heat insulating material 55 for side surface can be completely joined to the corner of the box body 2, and moisture condensation at the corner can be prevented from generating.</p> |
