<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start the generation of a clock signal with an input signal, and synchronize the input signal with the clock signal to prevent malfunction. SOLUTION: A sensor part 10 outputs a detecting signal corresponding to whether a human body exists or not within the detecting area. A processing part 20 instructs so as to generate a clock signal to an oscillation part 30 when at least one of the detecting signal from the sensor part 10 and a forced output signal from the outside is inputted, and when the prescribed condition is satisfied, an illumination load 4 and a confirmation light 5 are lit. The processing part 20 generates a latch output signal obtained by latching the forced output signal with the clock signal, and an OR output signal which is logical OR of the forced output signal and the latch output signal. When the forced output signal is inputted before the generation of the clock signal, the oscillation part 30 is started with the forced output signal and at the same time, the illumination load 4 is lit, and when the forced output signal is inputted after the generation of the clock signal, the illumination load 4 is lit with the latch output signal.</p> |
