<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease residual stress generated at epoxy resin side by bending a tubular member with a thin wall thickness to a circular shape inwardly as a cylindrical end portion of an embedded electrode. SOLUTION: An epoxy resin molding 1 is an almost cylindrical body made of an epoxy resin layer 3 and embedded electrode 5. The embedded electrode 5 has thin pipe-like tips made to a sheet shape at both ends, these tips are drawn inwardly and bent, and other end of a pipe body is welded to a main body of electrode. And the surface of a portion to be embedded together with epoxy resin molding in one united body is set to a predetermined position of molds after adjusting surface roughness; epoxy resin composition is heated under vacuum state and agitated and mixed while removing air bubbles and then injected into molds and heated and hardened at 100 to 140 deg.C. As a result, a stress occurs at the epoxy resin side is eased and the occurrence of defects such as cracks, which may otherwise occurs there easily, can be prevented.</p> |
