<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build up a network with high reliability by using an asynchronous transmission mode(ATM) exchange and a communication circuit network so as to build up an ATM-LAN. SOLUTION: A communication circuit network (ATM-LAN) 30 is a link network to interconnect a console side node 10 being a termination node of a communication network, a plant equipment side node 20 and an ATM exchange SW being a relay node. The 1st ATM exchange SW1 connects to the console side node 10 via a link L11. A 2nd ATM exchange SW2 connects to the plant equipment side node 20 via links L21-24. A communication circuit network management means 40 manages a communication line establishing an ATM communication path with the communication circuit network interconnecting the console side node 10 and the plant equipment side node 20 and the 1st and 2nd ATM exchanges SW1, SW2.</p> |
