<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device which can securely perform the simulation of a seuquencer including a spiteful test in a short time. SOLUTION: A simulation-host side PLC 2 composed of a main circuit 11, response circuits 12-14 corresponding to respective facilities, an address converting circuit 15, a response time varying circuit 16 which varies the response times of the respective response circuits 12-14, an abnormality generating circuit 17 which generates abnormality of the respective facilities artificially, an artificial operation circuit which generates operator's operation on actual machines artificially, etc., is connected to a PLC 1 to be simulated through a communication line. A mode of simulation is set with an abnormality generation switch 20, a continuous operation switch 21, a spite switch 22, etc., on a console panel 4.</p> |
