PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform conversion between the document of different logical structures by designating the corresponding one of elements included in a converting document, reading en bloc the necessary real data out of the entire converting document for every element of a converted document, and storing there read real data. SOLUTION: A document data holding part 1 holds en bloc the converting documents, and a document structure holding part 2 holds logical structures of the converting documents. A document structure parser 3 analyzes the logical structures of converting documents top sort the real data in every element and holds the analysis results in an analyzed data holding part 4. A sort processing by element part 5 extracts the element information and the real by data element on every element out if the analysis results and stores these information and data in an element information holding part 7 and an element-based read data holding part 6 respectively. A structure conversion processing part 8 reads the element information and the real data by element, converts a document based on the conversion correspondence designation deccribed in a conversion designation file 9, and stores the converting document generated from the conversion in an output data holding part 10. |
