PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the overcharge of a secondary battery by detecting whether a part to be charged is set or not for the charging part, and the charge condition of the secondary battery. SOLUTION: In the case where a part 2 to be charged is set for a charging part 1, magnetic fluxes are generated intermittently from an oscillating coil 5, and voltage is induced in an electromagnetic coupling coil 9. A current detecting circuit 11 detects this voltage, and an oscillating circuit 13 for control operates by the signal at the time when the CPU 12 judges that a part 2 to be charged is set for the charging part 1, and a signal is induced in the electromagnetic coupling coil 6 for control electromagnetically coupled with an electromagnetic oscillation coil 14 for control, and it gets in an oscillation control circuit 8 via a rectifying circuit 7. The oscillating circuit 8 receives this signal and switches control into the charge mode control where the oscillating circuit 4 operates continuously. In case that CPU 12 judges that the secondary battery is in full charge condition during the charge mode control, the operation of the oscillating circuit 13 for control is stopped, so the oscillating circuit 4 operates at enough low duty ratio similar to the time when a part 2 to be charged not set for the charging part 1. |
