PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner producing little noise with higher efficiency. SOLUTION: An air conditioning mechanism 25, a fan 26, a sound deadening chamber 27 and a filter 28 are laid out in a box member 22 of an air cleaning device 20. A rotary shaft 35a of a fan 35 of a blower 26 is provided so that it may extend in the depth direction of the box member 22 while an outlet 43 from the fan 35 is provided on one side 22b of the box member 22, thereby forming the sound deadening chamber 27 so that it may lead to the upper part by way of a communication opening 45 where the sound deadening chamber 27 is provided on the other side 22c. |
