PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the compact configuration of the entire vibration actuator by connecting driving-signal transfer member to electrode members inside the ring-shaped groove part provided at the side surface of a polar elastic member. SOLUTION: At the side surface of a polar elastic member, a first small- diameter part 7a, a second smaller-diameter part 7b and a third small-diameter part 7c having three groove shapes are formed in the ring shapes. At the first small-diameter part 7a and the second small-diameter part 7b, electrode members 8a, 8b, 9a and 9b, which are bonded to piezoelectric bodies 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b in the laminated state and hold the piezoelectric bodies, are arranged. Then, driving-signal transfer members 19a and 20a for inputting the driving signals are connected to these electrode member 8a and 9a. Furthermore, driving-signal transfer member are also connected to the other electrode members 8b and 9b. Thus, the compact configuration on the entire vibration actuator can be achieved. |
