PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and high precision AC amplifier which generates little heat. SOLUTION: A DC current supplied from a switching power supply 1 is switched and smoothed by an inverter unit 2 and outputted. An input side analog-digital converter 12 and an output side analog-digital converter 14 are synchronized with each other and input signals v1 or output signals v2 are sampled with a required period. The sampled digital values are transmitted to a CPU 15 every required period. The CPU 15 calculates a present gain in accordance with those digital values. If the calculated gain is larger than a required value, the CPU 15 sets a continuity time for each switching time in the inverter unit 2 longer. If the calculated gain is smaller than a required value, the CPU 15 sets the continuity time shorter. The inverter unit 2 adjusts the continuity time for each switching time in accordance with the instruction of the CPU 15. |
