PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly enhance recording density and read-out speed by forming a signal transmission path of the information recording medium arranged and recorded with information in physical shapes on the signal transmission path or along the signal transmission path into a concentric circle. SOLUTION: A notched part 9 is formed in a part of a substrate 2 formed with the 1st signal transmission path 6 and the 2nd signal transmission path 7 in their concentric circular shapes, and when a signal (traveling wave) 5 is propagated from an end point of the 1st signal transmission path 6, i.e., a signal input surface 10, this signal 5 is formed to be as an interposing transmission path 8. In this case, the signal 5 inputted from the end point of the 1st signal transmission path 6 is read out at the end point of the 2nd signal transmission path 7, and the read-out signal 5 is timewisely arranged, so that the information 4 recorded on the information recording medium 1 can be read out and reproduced accordingly. |
