PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fast read the print image of an electronic document in a network and at the same time to offer the print data of high quality to a user. SOLUTION: A document storage means 2b of a document accumulator 2 stores a document of plural pages produced by a document producer 5 in the form that is held by the set of reading data divided into every page and also the print data. When a reading request including the display of a print image or the instruction of the print condition is issued by a document reader 1, the requested electronic document is acquired from the means 2b. Then a document processing means 2c extracts the reading data on a designated page against a display request and the print data on all pages or a designated page against a print request respectively. A document transmission means 2e sends the reading data of high resolution to the reader 1, i.e., a requester and also sends the print data of high quality to a designated printer 3. |
