MAINTENANCE PARTS RETRIEVAL SUPPORT DEVICE FOR BUILDING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize the collation jobs of maintenance parts of the similar building equipments by reading the numbers of various devices and component parts of the building equipments of different codes out of a storage device and displaying these numbers after comparing them with the places of installation of equipments and the names of the devices and maintenance parts. SOLUTION: A storage part 2b is prepared to store the image information of maintenance parts of an elevator together with a storage part 2c which stores the maintenance parts names, a storage part 2d which stores the parts components of the elevator, a storage part 2e which temporarily stores the components of maintenance parts to be retrieved, and a storage part 2f which temporarily stores the information on the maintenance parts having the instructed names. A control part 5 arrays the numbers of various devices and maintenance parts of the building equipments of different codes according to the processing program stored in a main storage part 2a and displays those numbers on a display device after comparing them with the places of installation of the equipments and the names of the device and maintenance parts. Thus it is possible to reduce the labor and time needed for collation jobs of maintenance parts of the similar building equipments.
