<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit for pulse signal with which the linear control of delay time of an input pulse signal can be secured and the independent setting of delay time of rising edge of the input pulse signal and delay time of falling edge can be secured. SOLUTION: This circuit uses lamp generators 10a and 10b for generating a lamp voltage corresponding to the supply of the input pulse and level comparators 20a and 20b for generating the pulse by comparing the lamp voltage with a delay control voltage. At any part of the lamp voltage excepting for the inclined part, the delay control voltage is fixed at a constant value, at the inclined part, the delay control voltage is varied and at any part excepting for the inclined part, delay is set at a fixed value so that the delay time can be correctly set.</p> |
