<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an open circuit of the electric connection of the electronic equipment with the folding structure due to fatigue breakage, etc., and remove the mutual influence of electric noises of a main housing and a portable housing. SOLUTION: The main housing 1 and movable housing 2 are rotatable on an axis 90 of rotation. A current from a main power source part 5 in the main housing 1 is converted by an inverter part 6 into an alternating current, which is supplied to a subordinate power source part 10 in the movable housing 2 through a core for a power source and a secondary coil 9. The electric signal of an electronic circuit 3 in the main housing 1 is sent to an electric circuit 4 in the movable housing through a 1st modulating circuit 11, a primary coil 12 for a main housing signal, a core 13 for the main housing signal, and a secondary coil 14 for the main housing signal. The electric signal of the electric circuit 4 in the movable housing is also transmitted to the electronic circuit 3 in the main housing 1 through a primary coil 17 for the movable housing as well.
