Disclosed is a dual-lens vented eyeglass system. In one embodiment, each lens (12, 14) is provided with a plurality of apertures (36) extending therethrough, at the junction between the lens and the surrounding frame (18, 20). In another embodiment, a plurality of apertures are provided in the frame, surrounding the lens. The apertures optimize ventilation, with minimal intrusion into the optical zone.
