A machine for the production of moulded confectionery and other similar materials which has: a) a feed mechanism 1 consisting of propulsive cylinders 3, an exit mould for the material 4, a cutting drawer 5, a hopper 2, b) moulds 12, c) a drive chain 23 for the moulds 12, a drive piston 10, a ratchet 24, four pairs of gears 11, d) an extractor with pistons 14 and a support plate 15, e) a drive chain 25 for baking trays 25, propulsion elements 20, a drive piston 17, a ratchet 26, two pairs of gears 18. The feed mechanism 1 is fed with material from the hopper 2 which then fills the moulds 12 which are moved step by step, inverted and emptied by the extractor 15. The products are placed on baking trays 19 which are moved stepwise at the same time as the moulds 12. The advantage of this invention is productivity and high quality without the need for specialist staff. |
